Health Facility Engineering

Health Facility Engineers at the Division of Environmental Health and Engineering (DEHE), Health Facility Engineering (HFE) program participate in a wide variety of activities throughout the state of Alaska. HFE engineers work in medical facility planning, upgrades and improvements. They provide technical consulting and support to 20 regional health organizations comprising the Alaska Tribal Health System. HFE engineers may also serve as project managers on the planning, design and construction of health clinics in the Alaska bush. |
